Thanks to the collaboration between the Etxepare Basque Institute and Donostia / San Sebastian 2016 Foundation, two Basque creators will have the opportunity to enjoy artistic stays in Rijeka (Croatia) and Arnhem (Netherlands).
In collaboration with the European Cultural Capital Rijeka 2020 and the cultural entity Motel Spatie, the two selected people will enjoy stays of stays of six weeks between October and November 2016.
