2015-10-27

The first edition of Festival SigmaCírculo: Músicas Desnudas- a project created by Sigma Project and the Circulo de Bellas Artes of Madrid, with the support of the Etxepare Basque Institute- is a real artistic adventure through new sound spaces, and opened on October 23 with four concerts and a warm welcome by the public.

The Festival opened with the concert BASQUE COUNTRY IN THE CIRCLE, with works of Basque composers Luis de Pablo (National Music Prize 1991) and Ramon Lazkano.

Each performance took place in an area of the Hall of Columns of the Circulo de Bellas Artes, and was accompanied by a poetic presentation by Egna Shandy, a plastic intervention on a video projection by César Barrio and an adaptation of the stage by the designer Javier Larreina.

This is the first edition of the festival of music driven by Sigma Project and Círculo de Bellas Artes.
