Washington DC will host the festival Iberian Suite: Global remix arts festival on March 2-24, where Hasier Etxeberria will present two films about cooking and Basque chefs, within the Culinary & Film section, with the support of Etxepare Basque Institut.
On March 7, the documentary produced by the Basque Culinary Center and EiTB Euskadi: Cocina en la Cumbre will be screened. Subijana, Arzak, Eneko Atxa, Argiñano, Arbelaitz, Berasategi ... the most emblematic Basque chefs talk about cooking in the documentary directed by Francisco Javier Gutiérrez and Jon Arregui.
On March 8, on the other hand, they will show the work Juan Mari Arzak: Etxe bat da Mundua by Hasier Etxeberria. This is a documentary about one of the most famous Basque chefs.
