From 30 June to 7 July the city of Kraków (Poland) will host the Miłosz festival, dedicated to the Polish poet and writer Czesław Miłosz (1911-2004). The event is intended to be an interdisciplinary celebration of poetry, which this year also coincides with the celebration of the Czesław Miłosz year in Poland. It is the 20th anniversary of the death of the author, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1980.

On 3 July, the writer Castillo Suarez will take part in República Poética, an event that invites to poetic polyphony, with 11 authors who create in as many languages, and where poetry in Basque will be heard alongside other languages such as Estonian, Latvian, Galician and Polish.
