The Miami Book Fair, organized by Miami Dade College, opens on November 17 and until the 20th will bring together a large amount of professionals in the events organized for the occasion. With the support of Etxepare Basque Institute, the author Miren Agur Meabe will participate in the fair.
Meabe will participate in the seminar “Un mundo de lectores: lectores para el mundo” ("A world of readers: readers for the world") with the writers Afonso Cruz (Portugal) and Alejandro Palomas (Spain), with Fanuel Hanán Díaz (Venezuela) as moderator. They will offer the colloquium ¿De qué hablamos cuando hablamos de literatura juvenil? (What do we talk about when we talk about youth literature?).
On November 20, on the other hand, the writer will offer the colloquium "Novelar el pasado y el presente" ("Novelize the past and the present") with Raul Tola and Eusebio Gómez. Finally, Meabe will participate in the literary reading that the fair organizes annually for its closing: “Lectura de viva voz” ("Reading by voice").
