She will be reading a selection of micro stories from her collections Lasai ez da eze gertatzen (2014) and Gelditu zaitezte gurekin (2017) at the Wroclaw House of Literature on October 5. Elsewhere, the festival magazine has published Karmele Jaio’s stort story The Mirror.
The Opowiadania International Short Story Festival is a multidimensional celebration of short prose aimed at promoting ambitious projects. The event presents unusual narrative forms, investigates the influence of literature on other arts, provokes interaction between authors and audience, and enables Polish and foreign artists to share experiences.
