Members of the Euskal Etxeak join university lecturers and language assistants to read Basque classics
On June 5, the Arriaga Theatre in Bilbao will host the 18th annual Reading of Basque Classics. This special literary event supports the Basque language and will once again include participation from international guests.

Theatre in Basque on the international stage: Miñan and Erreka Mari
On 6 June 2025, two plays will be performed in Basque outside of Euskal Herria, on two different continents. Basque will take centre stage in South America and Europe.

Eight Basque companies at the Maitaldia dance festival
The Maitaldia dance festival, which runs from 5 to 15 September in Biarritz, will have its own programme of dance companies from the Basque Country in the festival’s "Les compagnies du territoire" section.
