The new course for the teaching of Basque language abroad starts at the UPV/EHU

The deadline to register for the new training course to teach the Basque language in universities and higher education bodies abroad, that will be offered by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in collaboration with the Etxepare Basque Institute, has just ended. And there are no vacancies left! You will find the list of people admitted and excluded HERE. The course will begin this Friday, September 26, and will run until November 15.

The course will be directed by Mari Jose Olaziregi, Director for the Promotion and Dissemination of Etxepare Basque Basque Institute, and Jesús Cuenca de la Rosa, coordinator of the Language Courses for Visiting Students of the UPV / EHU.


The training will be taught by subject matter experts who will address issues such as Basque language teaching methodology, communication skills and motivation in language teaching, the organization of the syllabus, curriculum design, orality or technology .
