Joxean Fernandez
Director of the Basque Film Archive
Joxean Fernandez iis the director of the Basque Film Archive since December 2010 and member of the San Sebastian International Film Festival Management Committee since January 2011. He is a Lecturer at the University of Nantes, specialising in Contemporary History and Film History.
The Basque Film Library was founded in 1978 with the aim of researching, recovering, archiving, storing, disseminating and programming films or audio-visual funds of interest for the study of cinema in general and Basque cinema in particular.

Ditector of Malandain Ballet Biarritz
Malandain Ballet Biarritz was founded in 1998, is a National Choreographic Center of New Aquitaine. Its functions include creating and presenting new choreographies and supporting new artists. Malandain Ballet is sponsored by the city of Biarritz, the Ministry of Culture, New Aquitaine and the Atlantic Pyrenees.
Teresa Larruzea

Teresa Larruzea has been teaching Basque and Basque culture at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris since 2021/2022. The Basque Etxepare Institute, through its lectureship programmes, enhances international recognition of the Basque and Basque culture and promotes Basque studies for the creation of meeting points with other languages and communities in international universities and higher centres.

Johañe Etxebest is a cultural agent, teacher, dancer and flute player. Since 2021 he has been director of the Basque Cultural Institute.
Basque Cultural Institute is a Basque cultural group founded in April 1990 in Iparralde. The area of work of this institution extends throughout the Northern Basque Country and is based in Ustaritz. It assists cultural associations in the performance of their duties, in literature, heritage, auditory activity, or the exercise of their functions.

Maël Solen Picard holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Quebec, Montreal, and a master´s degree in International Relations from Laval University. He took office as Director of Quebec´s Office of Barcelona on 17 October 2022.
The Quebec Office in Barcelona, established in 1999, provides services in the economic and public and cultural sectors; it is also responsible for establishing bilateral cooperation between Quebec and the Basque Country.
