A Brief History of the Basque Language, published in French

The Etxepare Basque Institute has published, in collaboration with EKE, Euskal Kultur Erakundea, the Basque-French-English version of the book "A Brief History of the Basque Language" written by Ivan Igartua and Xabier Zabaltza. Kattalin Totorika has translated the original French versions.

This volume is part of the Euskal Kultura Collection, which aims to provide updated, attractive and accurate information on various basque culture issues. So those who want to know more about our creators can access these contents easily. The collection consists of twelve monographic titles (language, music, dance, literature, film, bersolarism ...), with texts originally published in Basque, Spanish and English.

Like all publications of the Institute, it can be downloaded for free in the Publications section of www.etxepare.eus and also at the EKE website: http://www.eke.org
