A showcase for Basque dance at the Tanzmesse fair

The 10th edition of the dance fair Internazionale Tazmesse will take place on August 27-30 in Dusseldorf (Germany). 60 companies performing in live, and 160 stands from 40 different countries will gather there. One of those stands has been created in collaboration between the Etxepare Basque Institute and ADDE (Association of Basque Dancers), in order to ensure the presence of Basque companies in the event.

The Internationale tanzmesse is a biennial marketplace and festival platform for communicating and networking in the field of contemporary dance. At the Tanzmesse international dance companies and artists present their work live on stage and choreographers, dancers, agencies, presenters and cultural institutions network present their work in a lively marketplace. It also hosts numerous international gatherings and meetings.

The Basque companies will also have the opportunity to show their creations at the stand LG9.
