Basque cuisine in Santa Barbara with the cook Aingeru Etxebarria

Iker Arranz, reader of Basque language and Culture in Santa Barbara will take part today in a joint activity with the cook Aingeru Etxebarria: the reader will offer a talk on Basque cuisine while the Etxebarria cooks in Santa Barbara (Presidio Chapel).

This activity is organized within the four-month course "Culinary Arts and Identity" that Arranz is offering in the readership, and will be accompanied by Etxebarria for two weeks. The objective is to publicize the Basque cuisine in Santa Barbara.

Extension (UCSB), Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation, the Basque Delegation and the Consul of Los Angeles have joined the event, and the last one will offer a speech in Basque language.
