Verde Prato will be part of the ESNS 2026 line-up through BASQUE.MUSIC., further strengthening the international projection of Basque music at one of Europe’s most influential professional showcases.

ESNS is the major annual meeting point for the European music sector. Every January, it brings together in Groningen (the Netherlands) some 4,000 international delegates, programmers from over 400 festivals, agencies, specialised media, and professionals from around the world. Its mission is clear: to support emerging music scenes from each country and open up new opportunities for their artists.

In this context, Verde Prato’s presence represents a significant opportunity to present her project to the international music industry. The artist from Tolosa will perform her showcase on 16 January at 7:30 p.m. at USVA, as part of the festival’s official programme.

Verde Prato’s participation adds to BASQUE.MUSIC.’s track record at ESNS, where recent years have seen performances by EZEZEZ (2025), Divorce From New York (2024), Merina Gris (2023) and Zetak (2023). This ongoing work continues to consolidate the Basque presence on one of the most important platforms for discovering European talent.
