Kukai Dantza will perform the show ´Topa´ on Friday and Saturday. After the success of ´Oskara´, which led the company directed by Jon Maya to win the Max Prize, ´Topa´ is their first collaboration with the Catalans Brodas Bros, a show full of energy.
On Saturday and Sunday, Ertza will present ´Meeting Point´ in Plaça Mayor. The show directed and choreographed by Asier Zabaleta fuses hip hop and break dance to tell a story that reflects on how labyrinths of people are intertwined and how this causes irreversible changes.
Finally, Natxo Montero Dantza will perform ´Barbecho Urbano´ on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This 25-minute show presents the earth as a metaphor for waiting and changing to a new cycle.
Basque companies will have their own showcase at the Basque Government´s Basque Theater stand. Meetings have also been organized with 12 programmers, and Basque companies will have the chance to present their works on Saturday.
Fira Tarrega is a gathering place and international reference for debate. The main objective of the Fira is to revitalize the performing arts market, and help companies raise their international presence.
