Akartia Trio

Akartia Trio is a group of musicians made up of Naiara de la Puente, Iñigo Setuain and Stefanie Knorr. For the first time, they blend classical accordion, saxophone, and vocals in this innovative musical ensemble. Akartia Trio draws on its members’ experience in chamber music. Also, the absence of existing compositions has inspired them to develop their own repertoire and contribute to the realm of contemporary music.

Ward De Vleeschhouwer

Belgian composer and pianist Ward De Vleeschhouwer has a broad vision of music, ranging from contemporary classical music to popular music and from crossover to pure rock. Ward De Vleeschhouwer studied music at the Conservatory of Ghent-Belgium. Throughout his career he has performed at several major international festivals. Aside from his solo performances, Ward is is a member of the ensemble Thelema Trio.
