Harkaitz Cano will take part in different events in Venezia and Bologna

The Basque writer Harkaitz Cano will travel to Italy this week to participate in different events organized by the readerships of Basque Language and Culture of the Etxepare Basque Institute in Venice and Bologna.

On November 17, the writer will be at the Ca ´Bembo of Venice in the class taught by Professor Enric Bou (Università Ca´ Foscari): "The cities of Harkaitz Cano: Cities and spaces, real and imagined ones, in the life and work of the author. "

On the following day, November 18, the author will travel to Bologna to attend the class of Professor Eugenio Maggi (University of Bologna) and to talk about the novel Twist. This event has been organized in the framework of the series "The Mirror of fiction/Lo specchio della finzione", which began with the screening of the film "Lasa eta Zabala". The students also had the opportunity to chat with the scriptwriter Joanes Urkixo; this time, they will talk with the writer on the work where the Cano writes about the same story.

Finally, on November 19, the Basque writer will participate in the congress In-certi confini to discuss on the hybrid literature: “Malgua da gaua/ La notte è flessibile”.
