The works of the artists Amaia Molinet and Iratxe Jaio will participate in the collective exposition ‘Lo que nos queda por hablar’ in the Museum of Memory and Human Rights from Chile. These works will be exposed until the 7th of April in 2024.
On the one hand, Amaia Molinet will present her work ‘Zirrikutua’ in the collective exposition with the collaboration of the Etxepare Basque Institute.
This exhibition features the works of 19 contemporary artists and proposes a reflexive exploration of the historical memory of the Civil War and Franco´s dictatorship in Spain, establishing a dialogue with works by Chilean artists who have dealt with the civil-military dictatorship in Chile. The exhibition presents diverse perspectives that problematise aspects of the past through installations, videos, photographs and paintings, as well as including pieces from the collections of the Museum of Memory and Human Rights.
