Euskara. Kultura. Mundura.
Organized by the Etxepare Basque Institute, the Harrobia-Eskena culture space (Otxarkoaga, Bilbao) hosted yesterday a meeting between the Basque professional performing arts sector and Guillermo Heras, Iberescena project director.
In an effort to promote the internationalization of the Basque performing arts, Heras unveiled the Iberescena international program mission, and detailed the possibilities of support offered by the project to stage works created in collaboration between the Basque Country and Latin America. Representatives of Basque associations Eskena, Artekale, Besteok and ADDE and members of various theater and dance companies participated in the conference.
The deadline to apply for Iberescena grants to projects to be developed in 2015 will end on July 18. Learn more about the calls.
