The audiovisual fair "Sunny Side of the Doc" comes to an end today

One more year, the audiovisual fair Sunny Side of the Doc has been held in La Rochelle (France) (June 23-26). One of the elected projects for the pitching this has been “Chillida: the depth of air”, in the seccion of art and culture documentaries. This is a co-production between Explora Films, Marmokafilms, eta TVEren, which was also selected for the forun Lau Haizetara of the International San Sebastian Film Festival. The pitching was carried out on Tuesday 24.

The event, that is focused on documentaries and has become a referent point among its professionals, has celebrated its 25th anniversary. 10 Basque companies have joined the fair, in order to promote the relationships with international agents, in collaboration with the Etxepare Basque Institute and the Basque Audiovisual Cluster EIKEN, that also attended the fair.

The Basque companies were placed at the stand of Basque Audiovisual, numbered B26: David Berraondo, Ibaia - Lau Haizetara, Fascina Producciones, Lumiere Produkzioak, Korima Films, Signo Digital, Txalap.art, Labrit Multimedia, Media Attack and Navarra de cine. Visitors could arrange a meeting with any of our participating partners.

Sunny Side of the Doc has gathered more than 2000 professionals, such as editors, buyers and new talents, and the objective of the organizers has been to strengthen relationships between them.
