The Boise State University has a program called “Basque Studies” about the Basque Culture and Language, and once more again they have organized a varied calendar with different activities.  On 5th and 6th of March they did a intensive course called“Weekend workshop: Basque Culture through Cinema” with 50 students and directed by Nerea lete, Basque Language Assistant in the Boise State Universtity.

On another hand, making the most of their trip to a conference in Portland, Jasone Cenoz and Durk Gorter, teachers and researchers at the University of the Basque Country, were invited by the Boise University to visit the campus and to give a lecture. The guests presented recent research on multilingual models that place the minority language front and center for most of instruction.
