Alain Urrutia will present his project, ´Painting is a mental thing´, in collaboration with the Maab Gallery and the celebrated Italian painter Giorgio Morandi.

The José de la Mano gallery in Madrid will also display artwork by renowned Basque artists such as Jorge Oteiza, Agustin Ibarrola, Remigio Mendiburu, Nestor Basterretxea and Gonzalo Chillida.

It is worth mentioning that this publishing house and independent cultural space located in Bilbao has been invited to participate in Documenta Fifteen, a participation that is the result of the ZABAL program with which Etxepare Euskal Institutua develops international networks that promote and facilitate the exchange and long-term collaboration between creators, professionals, agents and local and international institutions.
