As a result of the collaboration between the Etxepare Basque Institute Europa Creativa Desk MEDIA Euskadi-Zineuskadi and IBAIA8 producers will be selected to participate in a consultancy workshop organized on March 20, 21 and 22. The objective is to promote the internationalization of quality documentary projects and to help them in their search process for potential partners and / or financing.

This collaboration between those entities also aims to boost the presence of Basque companies in international markets and forums, including the fair Sunny Side of the Doc, to be held from 25 to 28 June in La Rochelle (organized under the brand BASQUE AUDIOVISUAL of the Basque Etxepare Institute and the audiovisual cluster Eiken) and the "Lau Haizetara" documentary co-production forum organized by IBAIA in September at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.

The consulting sessions will be conducted by Catherine Ulmer (a professional with experience in documentary production and workshops), and will consist of a first day of individualized consultancy for each of the selected projects, and a second day where all of them will work together with the aim of enriching each of the projects with different perspectives. The director of Sunny Side of the Doc, Mr. Yves Jeanneau, and representatives of the Lau Haizetara Forum will also attend this last day.

In order to participate, each interested company must complete this form online before March 2.
