The street theatre group Deabru Beltzak continues with its show ‘Su Talka’, after its premiere on 7 June in Brittany. This tour is part of the "Ça colle au basque" project, aimed at promoting Basque language and culture in the French-speaking world.

Since then, the group has embarked on a tour of France, performing Basque theatre productions in various locations across the country. Their next stop, from 7 to 9 August, will be the Fest´Arts festival in Libourne.

Deabru Beltzak will perform their 45-minute show at 10:15 p.m. on each of the three August nights, bringing the streets to life with a spectacular fire theatre performance and lively instruments. On 12 August, they will perform at the Festival les Renc´Arts and on 13 August at Les Rues en scène, showcasing their unique artistic personality.

Fest’Arts

Fest’Arts es un festival internacional de arte callejero. Desde 1991 organiza cada año un festival popular e intergeneracional en agosto. En cada edición, diversos espectáculos de danza, circo, teatro y música dan ritmo a las calles de Libourne. Aunque el objetivo original es mostrar proyectos culturales locales, también forman parte del programa espectáculos de compañías europeas e internacionales. A través del programa "Euskadi à Libourne", nuevas y consolidadas compañías vascas ofrecen espectáculos en el marco del festival.

Deabru Beltzak

Es un grupo de teatro de calle, creado en 1996 por actores de diversos grupos de teatro profesionales de Euskal Herria. Desde entonces han creado 10 obras de teatro, con más de 3.000 representaciones, 80 eventos especiales, 50 celebraciones urbanas y han colaborado con más de 35 compañías teatrales de todo el mundo.
