On 13 November, at 9pm, Ezpalak and Polybius will give 2-band concert at La Deskomunal in Barcelona. The two bands will be part of the line-up of the Euskal Herria Sona festival, which from 6 November to 10 December will be a showcase for various Basque bands. This year will be the 23rd edition of the biggest Basque music festival outside the Basque Country.

The Euskal Etxea of Barcelona is the prime mover behind the festival, which takes place at the Basque centre itself as well as at other recognised venues in the city, with support from the Etxepare Basque Institute.

Ezpalak was founded in 2019 with members of several other bands including Voltaia, Los Moths and Grises. The band is Juanjo Berasain (vocals), Eñaut Gaztañaga (guitar), Unai Eizagirre (bass) and Janardana Iglesias (drums). The latter recently joined Ezpalak after former drummer Xabi Arrieta left the group. They play alternative rock.

Polybius was founded in 2016: Aitor Korta Landa (drums, backing vocals), Raul Olaizola Odriozola (guitar, backing vocals), Héctor Larrañaga Etxeberria (bass, backing vocals) and Narayan Paz Martikorena (guitar, backing vocals) are the members of the band.
