Etxepare at the Korrika: join us at km 0686!

The Korrika kilometer awarded to the Etxepare Basque Institute is really nice: it is number 0686. It begins at the intersection of Zurriola Avenue and Peña y Goñi Street in Donostia, and we are expected to receive the baton right there on Sunday, March 22, at 11:24. Come along  and run with us in favor of the Basque language!

Once again, Etxepare has supported the Korrika, with the aim to help spread the message of this great celebration worldwide. On one hand, the Institute purchased and shipped Korrika chest guards to the readers of the Institute who teach Basque language and Culture in 34 international universities, encouraging them to join the initiative. On the other, the Institute and the Korrika held last February a video competition among the students of these

readerships around the world. They demonstrated that they are genuine #euskahaldun-s and that the Basque language can reach every corner.
