The public in Bogotá will once again be able to enjoy contemporary Basque creation at Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Colombia´s capital thanks to the Basque Window. As with ´Erreka Mari´ (‘Fish Tail’), the Osa + Mujika collective will present ‘Suddenly III’ this coming July 4th and 5th. The artistic duo of Jaiotz Osa and Xabier Mujika will combine dance, costumes and performing arts.
´Suddenly III´
‘Suddenly III’ is a short, powerful piece in which all the on-stage elements – including music by Soulwax, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Crystal Castles, The XX and others – come together to create striking images that the artists refer to as fotografías bailadas, literally ´danced photographs´.
