The Artistas en Ruta program call has been extended until March 27!!

Thanks to the agreement signed between AIE  and the Etxepare Basque Institute,  several groups of Basque music will have the chance to take part in the Artistas en Ruta, program in 2015. This state circuit program, which aims to promote live music,  is held twice a year. The 2014 Basque groups that offered  concerts under this program were Correos, The Riff Truckers, Xabi Aburruzaga, Eratu, Joe la Reina and Napoka Iria.

A panel of experts that will meet  next April in Madrid will decidewchich groups will participate in the circuit from September to December 2015. The deadline to participate in the selection has been extender until  MARCH 27! The groups that already filled their candidacy in the 2014 call will not have to re-register automatically to participate in the selection, they already on the list.

If you are an artist interested in the program and want to participate, you have two options:

To send to one of the AIE venues  the following material:
A CD if the issue is in physical form or a proof if digital edition.
Biographical information (musical style)
Contact information (Name, address, telephone and email)

…or to  sign up on-line  and also send a CD you have edited to a delegation of AIE
