Two Basque films part of Fenêtre Basque, a section fostered by the Etxepare Basque Institute, have just been awarded at the Nantes Film Festival! AMAMA, directed by Asier Altuna, has won the Youth Jury Award, and Muros / Walls, by Pablo Iraburu and Migueltxo Molina has received the Best Documentary Film Award. Zorionak!!!

Fenêtre Basque  (Basque Window) is the Basque Cinema Section within the   Festival de Cine Español de Nantes , created 16 years ago. Nowadays it is possible thanks to the support of the Etxepare Institute; the Basque Cinemateque collaborates, too. The selection allows the French festival to access the best Basque productions of the year, as well as other interesting productions of Basque authors.
