Haatik will present Lau eme, a show that focuses on the struggle for women´s rights, while Yoshida will do the same with Home, a show that has its roots in Japan, the artist´s country of origin. On August 3rd there will be a meeting between professionals from Aquitaine and the Basque Country.
Thanks to the agreement between Etxepare Basque Institute and Fest´Arts, every year shows by several Basque theater or dance companies are scheduled at this important festival as part of the Euskadi à Libourne framework, an initiative that emerged in 2012 to build bridges between professionals of the Basque Country and Aquitaine region (France). The collaboration between the Institute and the festival is part of the Aquitaine.eus project, launched with support from the Nouvelle Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarra Euroregion.
