On September 27, the Dantz Point festival will be held at St. Mary’s church, in Helsingborg, Sweden, for the very first time. The event will feature the participation of Basque artist Lamia Mari.
Lamia Mari’s presence is part of Basque. Music., a programme designed to promote Basque music on the international scene. Thanks to the collaboration agreement between Dantz and Basque. Music., Lamia Mari was selected at the Dantz Network Congress to perform at this year´s festival in Helsingborg.
Basque. Music. is an initiative coordinated by Musika Bulegoa with support from the Etxepare Basque Institute and the Basque Government. Its goal is to raise awareness and increase the international visibility of Basque cultural creation and the industry.
