Fira Mediterrània 2026: Call for applications now open

The 29th edition of Fira Mediterrània de Manresa will take place from 15 to 18 October 2026. The call for artistic proposals to take part in the market is now open and will remain so until 22 January.

In this strategic market—established as a benchmark within the performing arts sector—special consideration will be given to proposals in music, performing arts, and street arts that draw on traditional roots. Thanks to the agreement between Etxepare Basque Institute and Fira Mediterrània, Basque performing arts proposals are selected each year to be included in the festival’s programme.

Among these, one music project will also be selected to perform under the BASQUE. MUSIC. umbrella during the 2026 edition. The selection will be made by the fair itself.

Basque music groups and performing arts companies interested in taking part in Fira Mediterrània’s programme may submit their proposals until 22 January via the festival’s website.
