The Etxepare Basque Institute launches three calls for lectureships (2026)

The Etxepare Basque Institute has opened three calls for lectureships and applications may be submitted until May 13. The selected lecturers will join the following universities during the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Universität Leipzig | Basque language and culture lecturer
- Universidad de Chile y Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile | Basque language and culture lecturer
- Tbilisi State University | Basque language and culture lecturer
Lectureships
We sign agreements of cooperation with universities around the world to provide Basque studies programmes. Through different programmes we also promote teacher training and student literacy in Euskara. We promote Basque studies in international universities and institutions of higher education through lectureships and language assistances.
